MANABU is our great boss. His faher was koi fan and kept koi in the garden pond. Manabu has loved koi same as his father. When he was hight school student, he decided to be koi breeder. Then he had been to Niigata to learn how to breed koi for 6 yers. Manabu could acquire the knowledge and skill of breeding in Niigata. Manabu also has made friends with famouse breeders in Niigata.
After back to Fukuoka, Manabu established OGATA KOI FARM 1972. Today Ogata koi farm is famouse all over the world. He has dealers in U.S.A, E.U, Hong Kong, Thailand and so on. His exploit made him the head of KYUSYU of SHINKOKAI. . reported by MIDORI

I have worked for OGATA KOI farm Co., LTD for nealy two years. I have a realy enjoyable days and proud to work for OGATA KOI farm. 	I started to work for OGATA KOI farm Sep 2007. I come from WAKAYAMA. Now I live in the dormitory in OGATA KOI farm. I resigned from the big company and took the entrance examination of OGATA KOI. Because I realy wanted to work for OGATA KOI farm. I appriciate that Mr Manabu and OGATA family, all staff incorporated me as a menber. Today I have taken kindly to working for OGATA KOI. However it is all I do only my job. I must study how to breed and do for koi. Thank you!
	Hello. I got employed by OGATA KOI FARM on Jan 2008. I am a young hand at breeding koi, but I love them very much.　Now I'm learning how to breed snd take care of them from our boss, Manabu and staff.
